Email support@iglooapp.com and a human will answer. There is no ticket system to fight and no bot in front of us.
1. How fast we reply
Within one business day, usually sooner. We are based in New Zealand, so if you write from the US or Europe the reply often lands overnight your time. If you have not heard back in two business days, send the message again — it means something went wrong, not that you are being ignored.
2. What to include
The email address you bought with, the address of your community, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. A screenshot saves a round trip. If it is about a purchase, the receipt or transaction id from JVZoo helps us find you immediately.
3. Can't get in
Sign in at app.iglooapp.com using the email address you bought with — that is the one your access is attached to. If you bought with one address and use another day to day, that is the usual cause. Use the forgot-password link to set a password, or email us and we will point your purchase at the right address.
4. Refunds
30 days, no forms. Email support@iglooapp.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. Purchases are made through JVZoo, which is the retailer, so the refund is processed back to the card or PayPal account you paid with.
If you are on the monthly tier, cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
5. Billing and cancelling
JVZoo is the retailer for every iGloo purchase, so your receipts come from JVZoo and subscriptions are cancelled through them. Email us if you cannot find the link and we will send it to you.
6. Reporting a problem with a community
Communities on iGloo are run by their owners, who set their own rules. If you need to report content or conduct, contact the owner of that community first. For anything unlawful or urgent, email us directly and we will act.
7. Connecting your own AI
iGloo connects to AI clients you already pay for, over the open Model Context Protocol. Those clients are made by other companies and their makers set their own prices and limits. The setup steps are in the developer docs; if you get stuck on a connection, email us with the client you are using.
iGloo is operated by Daom Ltd (New Zealand). See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
